How To Submit An Event to Sydney Talks  
Sydney Talks is an edited list. We are not obliged to publish all events submitted. We reserve the right to edit entries accepted for publication.

You must be a registered user of the Sydney Talks website to submit events. Once an event has been submitted, you will receive an email from Sydney Talks informing you if the event has been accepted or declined for publication.

Event Submission Criteria for Sydney Talks  
For events to be considered by Sydney Talks they must be:
  • A lecture, talk, seminar, forum or debate that is open to the general public.
  • Held in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
  • Book launches will only be considered if they contain a substantial talk element.

Listing Your Event on Sydney Talks  
Please use one form per event. All details must be specific, finalised and confirmed prior to submission. Events with dates yet to be announced, undetermined locations, etc will not be considered by Sydney Talks. All entries must be submitted by the event organiser or authorised agent. Your name and email details are strictly confidential. Sydney Talks will only use them to validate the notice being posted. Only the event details will be displayed on the published list.

Changes To Your Event on Sydney Talks  
If the details of your event change after you have submitted your event for publication, please go to the Sydney Talks homepage, login and go to My Events on the User Navigation Bar.
