Making Their Mark: The Shared Tastes of Two Great Collectors  
Like Louis-Antoine Prat, Philippe de Chennevières (1820-1899) was a Louvre curator and connoisseur, who assembled a collection of nearly 4,000 French drawings covering the period 1500 to 1860. Laurence Lhinares, department of graphic arts, Musée du Louvre, reveals the parallels between these two great collectors (in French, with English translation).
